Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: October 30, 2026
Using HockeyHub
These terms govern your use of hockeyhub.club, the HockeyHub mobile app, and related services provided by the HockeyHub operator (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for a club or another organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
HockeyHub provides tools for club operations, facilities, concessions, scholarship administration, media, and social publishing. Clubs remain responsible for their policies, decisions, activities, and the accuracy of their records. The service does not guarantee a scholarship, membership, eligibility decision, or other club outcome.
Accounts and authorization
Account administration and publishing features are intended for adults and authorized club staff. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the accounts, records, and connected services you are authorized to access. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass permissions. Notify info@seiwert.co promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Parents, guardians, and club representatives must obtain any legally required authorization before submitting information or images concerning children. Do not create an account for a child under 13.
Acceptable use
- Follow applicable law, club rules, and the terms of connected services.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, threatening, exploitative, or fraudulent content, or violate another person's privacy or publicity rights.
- Do not introduce malware, obtain credentials without authorization, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another user's private records.
- Do not send spam, impersonate others, or use publishing and automation features to mislead people.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful criticism or honest reviews of HockeyHub.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, store, copy, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out the features you use, including generating content and publishing to destinations you authorize. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish content, including permission for photos, videos, music, logos, and personal information. You are responsible for choosing the audience and checking material before publication. Public displays and social posts may be copied or redistributed by others.
The operational license ends when your content is deleted from the service, except as needed for requested publications, limited backup retention, or legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion from HockeyHub does not automatically remove material already published to another service.
Facebook and other connected services
Connecting a Facebook Page authorizes HockeyHub to use the permissions you grant to discover eligible Pages and publish selected content. Scheduling a post or enabling an automation authorizes later actions under those settings. You must have sufficient Page access and review schedules, destinations, and automation settings carefully.
Meta and other providers operate independently under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, approval decisions, content moderation, or changes to their APIs. A failed or interrupted publishing request can have an uncertain result; check the destination before retrying to avoid duplicate posts.
You can revoke Facebook access in your Facebook settings and request deletion using our data deletion instructions. Revoking a connection may stop scheduled publishing. HockeyHub is not endorsed or sponsored by Meta.
AI features and external charges
AI features process selected input through third-party providers and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate results. Review generated captions, images, names, dates, scores, and other details before using them. Outputs may resemble other material and may not be eligible for exclusive intellectual property protection.
If you connect your own API key, you authorize use of that key for requests initiated by you and automations you enable. Your provider may charge your account under its pricing and terms. Do not submit a key you are not authorized to use. No paid HockeyHub subscription or recurring fee is created by these terms alone; any paid service must disclose its charges and payment terms separately.
Privacy and service ownership
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Club administrators remain responsible for handling club records appropriately and granting access only to authorized people.
HockeyHub software, branding, and service materials belong to us or our licensors, except for your content and third-party materials. We permit you to use the service for its intended purposes while you comply with these terms. No ownership in our software or branding is transferred to you.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, update, or change features, and the service may experience interruptions or data loss. Keep independent copies of important records and media. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or successful publication of every post.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Contact us to discuss a suspension or retrieve records you are entitled to access.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Except for promises expressly made in a separate agreement and protections required by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or eligibility advice through the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities or profits, resulting from service interruptions, inaccurate AI output, or third-party service failures. You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct, unauthorized disclosures, and publishing decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Changes and disputes
We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice and seek agreement where required by law. Changes do not apply retroactively to an existing dispute. If you disagree with revised terms, you may stop using the service.
Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined by the rules that govern your relationship with us, including mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.
